Hmm, I wouldn’t say these people aren’t healthy. They just show a variation from the usual patterns we’re used to seeing and learning about.

Indeed, medical studies can’t always capture every detail of someone’s health. Since there are so many other factors like genetics, stress, and even sleep quality that come into play.

Researchers do their best by using things like lab tests and questionnaires, but it’s not a perfect science. That’s why studies try to include a lot of participants to balance out those differences and look for overall patterns.

Then again, it’s definitely a good reminder to take study results with a grain of salt, especially when it comes to what we consider “healthy.” After all, there’s always more going on beneath the surface.
