I couldn’t agree more. It reminds me of my university days. I always made sure to get enough rest during exams because I realized that those hours of sleep gave me a clearer mind, which allowed me to think better while writing tests.
Meanwhile, just hours before an exam, I’d often hear people around me bragging about pulling all-nighters to cram, which— I have to admit—sometimes made me feel a little guilty for sleeping early during the exam phase, haha.
