It’s true that there are better solutions to deal with the pandemic. But sadly, since this pandemic came so suddenly, vaccine seems to be our best bet at the moment until we found something else.

That’s true, environmental factors and certainly the lifestyle can affect how our immune system deals with infection. Hence, I believe that the least we can do is to live a healthy lifestyle to help develop a healthy immune system.
