I'm curious about the effects on people who have done resistance exercises consistently from a young age into old age, though such studies would be difficult, if not impossible, to conduct.

Oh, I hadn’t thought about the impact of post-menopausal changes and testosterone levels on the brain. That sounds interesting. I’ll check it out to see if I can learn something about it. Thanks for bringing it up :D
