I agree. It’s more important to focus on lifestyle rather than diet alone. For instance, some people might avoid egg yolks but still smoke excessively or lead a sedentary lifestyle, which I think is more harmful to health.
Just wondering: when you mention ratios, are you referring to LDL/HDL ratios? If so, would you mind sharing, from a medical practitioner’s perspective, what the ideal ratio would be?
