I’m not too familiar with low-carb diets since I stick to a more standard diet (i.e., everything in moderation).

So, it’s nice to learn from someone who speaks from both experience and relevant knowledge.

I also wasn’t aware of the protective level of glucose. I’ll have to take note to also consider glucose/HbA1c levels and the state of the autonomic nervous system.
