I was also surprised to see such unusual LDL levels among low-carb dieters, but after learning about the theory behind it, it started to make sense.

Oh, it would be interesting to see if your cholesterol profile fits the LMHR traits. There's also a study suggesting that reintroducing carbs can lower LDL levels, possibly because the body shifts back to burning carbohydrates when they become available again.
